CakePHP 4.1.0 💾

CakePHP is a web development framework, somewhat similar to Rails. It provides scaffolding tools, an ActiveRecord/DataMapper implementation, doesn't require much setup or configuration. It comes with helpers for text translations, caching, validation, authorization backends, CSRF and XSS protection, and templating. It follows the Web-"MVC" scheme, centralized route dispatching, less efficient class-by-class autoloading, etc. Thorough API documentation and a rich set of user-contributed plugins exist.

minor feature: Support for Common Table Expressions (CTE) in the ORM. Support for window functions in the ORM. Query::orderAsc() and Query::orderDesc() now accept Closure's as their field enabling you to use build complex order expressions with the provided QueryExpression object. de() and Deger::printVar() now emit HTML in web contexts, and ANSI styled output in CLI contexts. Output of cyclic structures and repeated objects is much simpler. Cyclic objects are only dumped once and use reference ids to point back to the full value. CsrfProtectionMiddleware can now create cookies with the samesite attribute set. Log messages can now contain foo style placeholders. These placeholders will be replaced by values from the context parameter if available. ADmad. andrii-pukhalevych. Cauan Cabral. chinpei215. Corey Taylor. Diego Sardina. diegosardina. Mandos 1.8.12 💾

The Mandos system allows computers to have encrypted root file systems and at the same time be capable of remote or unattended reboots. The computers run a small client program in the initial RAM disk environment which will communicate with a server over a network. All network communication is encrypted using TLS. The clients are identified by the server using a TLS key that is unique to each client. The server sends the clients an encrypted password. The encrypted password is decrypted by the clients using an OpenPGP key, and the password is then used to unlock the root file system.

FOX Toolkit 1.7.70 💾

FOX is a C++ framework for graphical user interfaces. It provides an effective and simple API, traditional but platform-agnostic themes, many common widgets and controls, drag'n'drop support, selections, icons/images, tooltips and hover widgets, but also 3D features per OpenGL. Its speed comes from conservative memory management, spatial redrawing, and bi-directinal event/message passing between GUI elements.

minor feature: Changed order of paramter in FXSystem::systemTimeParse(); new order allows default Parameter for time parsing format, " m/ d/ Y H: M: S", which is very convenient.. Added localTimeZoneName() API.. Changed parameter order and implementation of universalTime() and localTime(); the New order now allows default parameter (" m/ d/ Y H: M: S") for time formatting and Parsing. New implementation using recently added routines also allows adjustment for Time zone offset if time zone offset is parsed from time string ( Z or z option).. FXSystem::systemTimeParse() does not initialize FXSystem::Time struct anymore; thus, Should be zeroed out prior to being called. However, FXSystem::systemTimeParse() will Assign as much as it can based on the time- and date-components being parsed. Also note, FXSystem::systemTimeParse() can properly parse ISO week number and day, and Compute proper date from that. Its a bit tricky.

VideLibri 2.172 💾

VideLibri lists the books you have borrowed from a public library and lets you search the library catalog from your local device. It has all the usual features of a library OPAC, i.e. viewing, renewing, searching and ordering books. It also renews all due books automatically and can do other things only a locally running app can do, like keeping a history of all ever borrowed books across multiple libraries. Developed since 2006 it is the world's first library app, and by supporting 20 different kinds of OPACs from different vendors it is probably compatible with more libraries than other app. So far VideLibri has been tested with 200 libraries successfully, but it was designed to allow every user to adds its own library without requiring any/much programming knowledge. For this purpose three query languages were developed that are supposed to simplify the querying of webpages as much as possible: - A pattern-matching language that selects arbitrary data from a single HTML page, based on an annotated sample of that page. - A catalog of related pages to apply these patterns to multiple webpages. Its syntax is similar to XSLT and likewise it is almost Turing complete (i.e. it has the necessary control structures, but requires XPath to do calculations ). - A dialect of XPath/XQuery/JSONiq that is Turing-complete and thus can calculate arbitrary, unexpected things. VideLibri is platform-independent and currently there are binaries for (Desktop) Windows, Linux and Android.

minor bugfix: Public library Mosbach: Update for changed OPAC address. Changes for bugs on the VÖBB webpage Windows/Linux: better handling of nightly date changes.
